By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Violators risk being blacklisted. Some statements may be negotiated if discussed with me, the artist, PRIOR to the commission.

I. Rules/Requirements to ask for a Commission.

I typically favor commissioners with references, but I am open to commissioners with an outdated reference or lack of reference. However POSE IDEAS/REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.

A private voice chat may be held over discord or telegram to refine your ideas. If you are uncertain about something, I encourage discussion.

Wings

• Wings are counted as an intrinsic to a character and hence there is no extra charge to display them

• Commissioners of References for Winged Characters may opt to go winged for ALL poses or Wingless with the wings displayed separately ONLY.

• Due to the nature of working with winged characters, a commission will naturally take more time based on complexity. This will be discussed more when commissioning.

Cancellation/Refund

• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

• A 50% refund may be requested at the sketch stage, otherwise none will be given past the sketch stage. If I determine that I cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be given.

II. Payment

• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. If Paypal is used, the fee can be covered if you wish. Your commission won't be started before it's paid.

• The currency accepted is USD with Paypal or CashApp. Alternative payment methods may be negotiated.

• Payments must be made within 72 hours after a commission is confirmed or the spot will be forfeited, unless provided with advance notice prior to the end of the 72 hour period.

III. Process

• You can track the progress of your commission via Trello (https://trello.com/b/NUCOvC4E/commission-queue-astrotorley)

• The time for your commission to be completed is typically 2 weeks but may take up to 1 month. Advance notice will be given if that is the case. A lack of a reference sheet may delay your commission due to clarification/voice chat. Reference sheets follow their own timetable depending on the character complexity and commissioner's preferences.

• I will send progress pics from beginning to end. I typically accept larger changes at the sketch stage. However, minor changes will only be made past the sketch stage.

• After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

IV. Copyright / Usage Polity

• When the commission is completed, you may post it with proper credit. You may modify the picture with proper credit.

• When I finish a commission, I will share the artwork to my galleries and TikTok. If you wish to keep the commission secret, I will do so an additional fee. If the commission is secret for a limited period such as a gift, there will be no fee. And you may request to have your name remain anonymous when posted at no additional cost.
